West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval is the most extravagant as well as largest Halloween celebration taking place all across the globe. With no admission fee, anyone and everyone can become a part of this world- famous public event in the city of West Hollywood in Los Angeles.
The celebrations and festivities associated with the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval lasts only for a day, however, its preparations start months before the actual event commences all around the world. Entertainment as well as live music is an integral part of this Halloween Carnaval and there are a plethora of stages set up along the Santa Monica Boulevard. People show up at this Halloween party in their best Halloween costumes.
Being an all- age event, the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval is a celebration which brings together the people belonging to all age groups and nationalities. The evening concludes with the election of the popular “Queen of the Carnaval” and every year an A- list celebrity is anointed as the local royalty towards the end of these festivities. Some of the past Queens include Rihanna as well as Queen Latifah among other celebrities.
This year’s West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval is scheduled to commence on 31 October at 6pm.
The theme for this year’s Halloween Carnaval is “The Rocky Horror Picture Show”. Even though this event is scheduled to take place only till 11 pm, the nearby restaurants, bars, clubs as well as other party places will continue with the celebrations and festivities until their closing time.
