Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is a commercial mixed-use airport. This airport is situated five miles southeast of Austin’s main business district. Having three helipads and two runways, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport covers a vast area of 4,242 acres. It was done under the contract with the New Airport Project Team. This enormous terminal covers 660,000 sq. ft. and has as many as 34 gates. There are many car rental services available close by so hiring a car is pretty easy.
